Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still, let us know. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. One limit: Pickingattract Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
